Seriously, where do people come up with these myths? I hear people say something like "You're too old to have imaginations" or any variation of such, and I'm here to say that I strongly disagree. Think about it. How do you become a great author? You use your imagination to conceive a well-written plot for a novel. How do you make good cartoons? You use your imagination to write a unique concept and come up with clever jokes. How do you make video games? You use your imagination to derive creativity out of making game objects. Honestly, being a mature young adult doesn't mean you're too old to have an imagination of certain things. Isn't it our imaginations that make us get more proficient as artists and pursuing a career in creative occupations as such? It's like what Albert Einstein once said: "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world." The way I see it, imaginations help up come up with innovations of our own and conceive great ideas.

So what drawing challenge does November have?
I'm only two more drawings away from completing this Inktober challenge, and I'm wondering if any of you folks know what challenge the next month has? September has Sketchtember. October has Inktober. December has Drawcember. What does November have?
Helping out others
You know, when I look back at the time I first made my DA account here, I tried to foresee the effects of socializing with others. Needless to say, I had success with most people and failed with some people. But the one thing I have been doing that I'd never expect is being helpful.
See, I was never really considered the altruistic type. Not exactly selfish, but I just had so much shit to take care of I didn't have time to think about anyone else. But once I began socializing and getting along well with many people here, I decided to help them out with things they have trouble with, and as soon as I gained the confidence to show my artwork,

Because why the fuck not?!
How long have you been here in Deviantart?Three years now. After getting my AA degree in college, I made an account here, where I first started off with making template memes discussing my opinion of certain topics to give the other artists here a good view on what I like and dislike. Then I really started getting into my drawing and I've improved ever since. ^^
